There are too many to list, really. But if I had to choose one, it would be that moment when you're so stressed out and at your wits end because of all the B.S. going on in your life, and your kid comes up to you and throws his arms around you and tells you "Mommy, I love you." If that doesn't give you the strength to hang in there, no matter what's going on, I don't know what will.

I love being a parent! I love that I have someone to cuddle with no matter how bad of a day its been. I love the smell of the baby after I've come home from being away even for a few hours. I love knowing that what I do and say matters. I love knowing that I am such an influence.

I gave birth to my first (a boy) on December 24th! It was the BEST Christmas gift ever! I've only been a mom for a week, but I love every minute of it! I love when I hold him and he looks into my eyes and he's just content, or when he falls asleep in my arms or on my chest! I never knew I could love someone this much and I can't wait to see him grow up :)

I have two sons Andrew and Aeryn and I love the way they act just like me or my hubby, its nice knowing that after we are gone that we will still have a part of us living and breathing. Last night my 3 year old Aeryn came to me before bed time and measured with his hands just how much he loved me. He sad I love you this much mommy and stretched out his hands and I just thought that was the sweetest thing ever. Days like that make life worth the ride!

So many things. I love that I'm teaching my son about the world around him. I look forward to teaching him to be a good person and treating people kindly. I love love love when he snuggles with me and when he gives me his biggest grin.
I could go on and on, but as you know, it's an endless list :)

I agree about the moments when you are doing a good job... but just watching them grow, change and learn. And their hugs and kisses could melt a heart of stone.

My child always surprises me with his wit and imagination. His laughter sometimes takes my breath away, I feel so lucky to have him. My favourite thing about being a parent, is being a parent.
