The best way is to burn more calories during each day than you eat.
Get more exercise, and eat better. Cut out junk food and processed food. Eat more raw vegetables. Drink lots of water. Eat frequent small meals during the day. Just make sure you are burning more than you eat.

depending on how much muscle you have on your body you may not really need to lose weight. But if you want to lose weight get active, try to do some sort of strenous activity at least three times a week(play a sport, run, bike). I have noticed, well at least for me, playing a sport such as soccer is a whole lot easier to get motivated to do rather than just running cause there is an actual goal to be accomplished right off the bat. find whatever your happy with though. also, try and watch your diet as much as possible, switch to diet soda, rather than regular, drink more water. Dont think just cause its fruit juice it is healthy for you, most juices have a ton of sugar. your body will burn the sugar from foods/drinks before it starts working on burning your fat off, so try to limit it. eat plenty of veggies and fruits, and try to eat pretty regularly. Also, dont beat yourself up for indulging on occasion. that will pretty much do it, and expect it to take a couple weeks to a month to start seeing the scale to tip in your way. oh yeah, also, even if the scale doesnt move down for you, dont be dishartened, cause your body may be replacing that fat with muscle which weighs more, but is also a good thing.

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I did this and lost 12 pounds and 19 inches in 9 days. I continued and lost 29 pounds in a month. I like the program since it works by giving your body nutrition through protein shakes with digestive enzymes and vitamins and then cleansing out the toxins. We get toxins in our bodies from pesticides, preservatives, water, pollution, medications, food additives etc…. These toxins enter our bodies and get stored in our fat cells. To shrink the fat, we need to get rid of the toxins through cleansing. The program also has a natural diet pill to help your metabolism and curb cravings. It works and it works fast. My skin has improved from the cleansing. You can get more info at this toll free number 1-877-587-4647. It is pricey but worth it! I think cleansing is really important to health and weight loss. Give it a try and good luck! http://diet4cleansing.com

Just eat healthy with lots of fruits and veggies, and try walking or jogging 5 days a week. Eat whole wheat instead of white breads and pasta, drink lots of water. If you drink soda, try going to caffeine free as caffeine dehydrates your body. If you eat cereal for breakfast, look for one that has a good source of fiber, as fiber helps make you feel fuller longer. I personally like Post Raisin Bran. Just try making better food choices all around.

cardio+weight training+healthy eating=weight loss. firstly, you need to exercise no matter what. your body was designed to be active and to benefit from physical activity. you should be starting with 30 minutes of cardio a day for a month. the second month, complete your 30 minutes of cardio and add 15 minutes of weight training. month three, complete 45 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of weight training a day and so on. invest in a pedometer to help you keep track of how many steps a day you are walking. you should aim for a goal of at least 10,000. for me, i average 15,000 steps a day. find activities that are fun for you to do. park further away from the door when you are shopping; take the stairs instead of the elevator/escalator. activity can be found everywhere. secondly, you should try to eat 3 moderate meals and 3 snacks a day to keep yourself from getting hungry and to keep your blood sugar stable and energy levels up. males generally need between 1800-2300 calories a day to lose weight and 2300-2800 to maintain depending on activity levels. females need between 1400-1800 to lose weight and 1900-2300 to maintain weight. make sure to eat a lot of whole wheat, whole grain, high fiber pastas, cereals, crackers, popcorn, tortillas, Kashi TLC bars and probiotic bars found in health food stores, consume brightly colored fruits, vegies, and berries,(red, orange, yellow, green, blue/purple) and try to eat only lean cuts of meat no bigger than a deck of cards. use olive oil to help with your good cholesterol, and eat other sources of protein such as nuts, peanut butter, beans, soy products, etc. make sure to drink plenty of water, green teas, red teas, and pure fruit juices, soy milk or non fat milks. limit soda consumption to no more than 2 regular diet sodas a day. if you eat right and stay on track changing your lifestyle, you could possible lose 8 or 9 pounds a month. good luck.
