Why would you even think of using an antibacterial soap near your genitals? Use a mild soap only.

Just use a normal bar of soap in the shower. I wash my whole body with that and nope, no rashes or anything. Balls are balls, just like heads are heads.

try gasoline or bleach with alcohol after you shave the critters, will kill any thing on them since they probably came from your hands
