There is one too many 的 in the other sentences. I'd suggest 你是我最好的朋友。Pronounced ni3 shi4 wo3 zui4 hao3 de4 peng2 you3. 您, pornounced nin2, could also be used in the place of 你, to make it sound more warm and sincere.
