I got a cookbook for christmas & i decided i want to make baclava or bagles today but I can't decide which one.

mmmm...i love both. you really cant compare them though b/c one is sweet and one is salty. but im going to have to say baclava b/c im more of a junk food/sweets person!

Make Baklava. Buy the bagels. Eat a bagel while you're making Baklava.

Baklavas are sweeter, but they are harder to make. Bagels are yummy too. Make both if you can't decide which one to make.
