You should go for a check up with your ophthalmologist (eye-doctor). It may not be anything at all or it may be Leukocoria (meaning a white pupil that shows up with flash photography and light examinations). Leukocoria could be a sign of something more serious like a cataract or growth on your retina.

I want to let you know that I am NOT a doctor but I want to let you know of my personal experience. Our son did this and we didn't think anything of it until he was diagnosed with cataracts. I am NOT saying you have a cataract by any means but you may want to get it checked out. I just wanted to let you know. The doctor said it was because the cataract couldn't reflect the light from the flash as well. I hope this isn't the same in your case. If you have had your eyes checked in the past and they seemed fine, I just want to let you know also they couldn't see my son's cataracts either until they dilated his eyes. I wish you the best.
