This is the best way to help you to storing your celery......;-)

Wrap celery in several layers of damp paper towels and store it in the crisper section of the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Keep celery away from the coldest parts of the refrigerator-the back and side walls-because it freezes easily and then becomes limp and unusable.

Wrapping the celery in aluminum foil will extend the shelf life a little longer. Make sure it's completely covered. I think I managed to keep a bunch for almost three weeks and still had some crispness left. Since we just had the holidays, one idea is to make soup or even bread stuffing and freeze your leftovers. Sometimes if I only need a little celery, particularly pieces and not whole stalks, I buy some from the salad bar at my grocery store.

#1 you can't freeze celery, because it turns into mush. The best way to store it is in a plastic bag in the crisper of the fridge. You could also make a celery soup, stuffed celery with cream cheese and olives

If it is chopped, it should freeze well. You can buy a frozen mixture od celery, onion and green pepper. I have made this from my garden in the past and it worked well in the freezer.

you can cut the bottom off and put it in a glass of water in the fridge. This keeps it filled with water for a while so it won't wilt. You might want to make celery soup or something....

No, celery won't last if you freeze it. It's made up of mostly water so it will freeze through and damage the fibers.
