i was over a a friends house last night and there was a guy there that was really cute dose he like me??
he put his arm around me during a movie and then we were laying on the floor and he layed his arm over me, then later he was rubbing my feet and trying to touch my chest and gave me a hug

No way to know after just one meeting. He could merely be an opportunist out for a good time, or he could be legitimately interested in establishing a relationship with you. Only time will tell.

I'd say he would be like that with any girl besides you. some guys are like that. if he did that to me, i'd either tell him to stop touching me or if i liked him back i'd like to assume he liked me back too. it all depends on the type of guy he is. if you really wanna know, just ask him.
