My hair was similar for a while, then I started religiously deep-conditioning it. Once a week, I put the deep-conditioning creme on, then leave my hair out (I try to promote drying as much as possible). Then I sleep with it in (try to put it on early enough so it is as dry as possible before you go to bed, and do it the night before you change your sheets). Then I rinse it off in the morning, and its all soft and pretty. A couple of weeks of this, and my hair was back feeling nice and soft again.
Then its just a matter of making sure you use protective products when straightening
I know the instructions say to leave it for about 5 minutes, but yeah, I find overnight works reeeeeally well.

This might sound a little over-the-top but it may just work for you ... it sure did for me ...
Wash with a cream based shampoo (just enough to get the scalp clean), massage only your scalp and allow the suds to fall over the rest of your hair. rinse thoroughly to make sure it's nice and clean. Now, run baby oil or olive oil through your hair making certain your hair's coated well till the ends. It may get really oily so you're better off in an old t-shirt. Leave your hair this way overnight. Wash and repeat for another day or two. Afterwhich, go back to your regular wash/conditioning. Pat your hair with a towel and let it dry naturally.
I know how passionate you feel about straghtening irons ... i depend on one myself but you're going to need give it a little break
(Don't use one for at least a week)
Hope you get that soft pretty hair back soon :-) Good Luck ...

Once a week when you get out of the shower apply a small amount of baby oil onto the ends of your hair, the size of the amount should be smaller than a pea in your palm, and ONLY to the ends. Use ThermaSilk straight and Smooth leave in cream when you straighten, and even when you dont, follow the directions on the back. Use a hot oil treatment if needed, and get a trim.

stop the straightners, u need to give ur hair the chance to recover and regrow new hair, if u ever start to use hair straighteners again use heat protection spray, for now use serum or shampoo and conditioners that boost the health of ur hair, usually at winter ur hair will go a bit like this but still keep of the hair striaghteners, it hasnt happened to me but it can be terrible if u completely damage ur hair.

Give yourself a deep conditioning treatment, when you have washed your hair apply a good conditioner and wrap in a towel and leave on hair for a few hours. if not going out leave longer. Rinse thoroughly and your hair will look and feel lovely again.

I would stop using straighteners on your hair they ruined mine.
They make them to hot, when your in the shower give your hair a good shampooing with a good make of shampoo for damaged hair then rinse and apply baby oil leave it on as long as possible rinse it out and apply a good conditioner for damaged hair.

u need a heat defence spray before you straighten your hair.
you could try a deep conditioning treatment like a henna
but if the hair is damaged there isnt much you can do apart from have it cut off.

get the shampos that are for dehydrated hair. i always see it at the stores and stuff. u could use that, and after u wash your hair, put it in a braid, and leave it natural, dont straighten your hair, do it once a month. im absolutely sure this will help. my hair is natural and helthy, and i straighten it onece a month. u wont regret it.
hoped this helped. =)

Right. First of all, you have to condition your hair. I reccommend clairol or gum juice conditioner. It works really well on curly hair.
Wash your hair every day for 4 days. You can't straighten it for these days, sorry. Also buy straightning cream, not spray, one that you have to apply on wet hair.
Blow dry your hair, and then straighten it. his should keep your hair soft & shiny. Wash your hair every 2 days, and apply this cream every thime you wash your hair. This should help, it happened to me and this helped me. Hope it DOES help!
