Take your raspberries, plain yogurt, ice, and juice/water and put it into the blender... Waa Laa! If it is too thick for you add more juice to thin it out. I love to do this with strawberries. It's so good. Good luck! :o)

Frozen raspberries are delicious. Put them in a blender. Add some milk, yogurt or a banana, and you have an excellent smoothie.

Best way I know of is...
Combine fruit juice, yogurt, and frozen fruit.
Use just enough liquid to "fill the ice" for a thick smoothy or more for a thinner one.
You can also add protein powder for an extra kick.

I always start with frozen fruit. Put it in the blender with a fruit juice of your choice. Apple, grape or orange juice are good choices. Blend and pour. I sometimes add a fresh banana, too.
