Well, if you don't want to come out and tell him u like him, drop hints. Smile at him, maybe wink at him, flirt with him and just let him know u care. If you want to ask him out just ask him out or hold his hand. Either way, as long as you flirt with him and treat him differently than guys you would treat on a regular basis, he'll figure it out.
