God's time zone? He exists outside of time.

Neat question.

But if you step back and look at it, God created the world and made it spin in such a fashion and speed. He also created the "day" and "night". For our world, God created time.

Think about other planets and our assumptions about the length of their days. Time is a measurement and measurements are used to compare one thing to another.

But God exists above all the measurements. In a way, he can't be measured!!

Excuse me but who said that anything such as time exists?
We use time to explain the priority of the things we do.
We can have different explanations for time its amount and originality.
Your question is like saying can god create a stone which he can not lift.
If something is eternal you can’t make it restricted to different things like time and to the person who said **** god well **** you!!!!

I don't know but I know time exists throughout all the physical realm. For example if we were to travel millions of miles away from earth in space somewhere we would still be bound by time.

theologicaly speaking, God has no time. he was and he will, independent of time.

realisticly speaking, man created God to explain nature and other unexplained events to himself, so this question has no basis in reality.
