i know this sounds clique but just be yourself. If he does not notice you, then you know he doesn't like you for who you really are and that is a reason to not be with him.

Hey how are you! I would try to get to know him, talk to him and see what he is interested in. Show him who you really are,otherwise if you don't he may fall for someone else,and you wouldn't want that. If he likes you for you quirks and all he is right. Ask him out on the date and see how it goes for the two of you. Compliment him and smile alot. Guys love compliments. Who doesn't right? If you are putting in the effort and he knows that you like him, but he is not displaying anything back to you maybe he just isn't right for you. Don't completely change yourself for a guy ever. Well I guess it depends on the guy and what kind of girls he likes. Uh... since you didn't really give a background on what kind of guy he is I would say it would be safest to just get to know him without throwing yourself at him. Make sure he knows that the option is out there but don't look desperate while you do so. Talk to him and try and just be really friendly, flirting always helps but just make sure you don't overdo it. He might just want to get to know you better before having an actual relationship. well... if he like even considers u, just bounce him around... psychologically, if u don't sway ezily and be stable, he would want to shake your world... so he can be obsessed with you... be cuz as a guy i know that we want to accomplish something hard rather than ez shoot... well at least for me
and if he doesnt even look at you, two suggestions... 1. give up
2. just act as if u gave up...
if he noticed tat u have affections for him, he will become curious y u suddenly gave up and have some interest in you, then you bounce him around and yeah... basically the same thing

him Being yourself.Let him know that he is special ( different from the rest of any of your friends). Paying attention on the things he likes and giving some surprises as putting a sweet message in his pocket anytime, sending him text messages but tender and sweet or cooking for him, try to be close and being there for him whenever he needs.

You can't get them to like you. I wish I knew that before I went too far in liking this guy. To get him to notice you you gotta flirt with him. better, you should tell him how you feel. maybe he feels the same. be honest with him and yourself.
