my grandma used to make a cookie with chow mein noodles, butterscotch chips and whatever else. Anyone have a recipie?

My Grandma use to make it too! THESE COOKIE ARE SOOOOO ADDICTING!!CANT STOP AT ONE Here it is:

Chow Mein Noodle Cookies

1 PACKAGE OF BUTTERSCOTCH CHIPS (6OZS)
1 CUP OF MINIATURE MARSHMALLOWS
1 CAN OF CHOW MEIN NOODLES
1/2 CUP OF PEANUT BUTTER

MELT CHIPS IN A DOUBLE BOILER OR MICROWAVE (DONT LET THE WATER BOIL)
ADD PEANUT BUTTER STIR TO MELT AND MIX. ADD NOODLES AND MARSHMALLOWS.
MIX TOGETHER TO COAT.DROP BY TSP ON WAX PAPER...

Melt together equal amounts of butterscotch chips and chocolate chips. When melted, add chow mein noodles and stir. I add some peanuts. Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper to cool. Yum!

yes! melt 1/4 butter & butterscotch chips in a heavy pan add about 2 cup s of noodles 1/2 cup nuts peanuts will do stir with a table spoon until covered then if you don,t have wax paper butter a cookie sheet and drop spoon full at a time let dry
