He shouldn't have to confess to anyone, if God is omniscient.

To God, the same as everyone else who molests should or does. It is terrible that priest do that, more so than a person who is not of a religious faith. But, the feeling here seems to be that the only ones in the world molesting boys is priests or is it that they are the only ones that it is wrong for. In my city, there were 1500 reported cases in the last three years and none of them were priest...that does not mean that none of the priest here didn't do it, just that they were not reported....most of the reported cases were to people who did not claim to attend church....there were cases of church members committing the crimes also....my point is it is a terrible crime but not just religious people doing it and it SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN LIGHTLY AND JOKED ABOUT.

I suppose you never saw a series called "Clochmerle", set in a small French village in the early 1900's? The priest and the priest of the neighbouring village both had mistesses. They used to cycle over to each other once a week to confess. Eventually, they became too old to ride a bike, so they had to give the women up.
I thought it was funny.

No one. Logic dictates that these people went into the priesthood because, until recently, it was the safest place to practice their deviant behavior with impunity. Pedophiles have flourished for centuries under the guise of religious authority figures. They don't believe in god, so why confess?

it is written very clearly that wolves enter the flock dressed in sheeps clothing.
a priest that molests is either lacking moral judgment or a complete rapist.
I would hope that most are lacking morality and choose to repent.

Another priest, or his local Bishop. It is clear that priests must seek regular attribution for their sins, the same as everyone else.
