Thanks Garth you admit you believe parts of the word according to what you choose and that which you do not like is corrupt it is the teaching of Jesus that you find corrupt therfore you have no problem with Issac being the son of the promise which would make the Qu'ran a lie.

Razan your faith is in an anouncement that does not exist any longer? A Prophet can not anounce himself and if the scripture that anounced him does not exist he is a false prophet.

God reveals his truth and if it is not reveled by God it is not the truth your religion is based on the Torah and the Gospel if they are corrupt then your faith is based on corruption with no way to reveal the truth.

The truth is in the true word of God. Jesus was in agreement with this truth. It is only Muslims that call the word of God a lie. No prophet of God has taught against the word of God.

Sternchen This is true and if the gospel is the same and the Qu'ran teachs it is holy as it must or the Qu'ran has no proof itself is of God and would not be able to anounce its own prophet or Muhammed only testifies for himself then the Qu'ran would have to agree with The teachings of the Gospel or it calls itself a liar. therfore one must accept the Atonement provided by God through his son Jesus Christ.

The Thora and the Gospel were unchanged at the Time of Mohammed. There are a total of 37 quotations in the Quran which testify to a true Torah and Gospel being available to the people of Mecca and Medina while Muhammad was alive.
Muslims say the Christians differed and fought each other and forgot part of the Book, but there are no verses in the Quaran which say they ever changed, altered or corrupted the text.
The books which were available in Mecca during the lifetime of Muhammad were identical to

Muhammad enjoined His followers to believe in the Torah and the Gospels.
Who said the Bible is corrupt? What is corrupt is people's understanding of the Bible.
Of course, the Bible cannot be accepted as literally the word of God, because it was written by so many people over such a long period of time. There are clear cases where Biblical verses contradict eachother on actual facts, not even theology.
Even rational Christians accept Biblical criticism, which has proved that the Bible was not dictated by God directly to man. That is obvious enough. However, that's no reason not to accept the Bible as inspired. The people who recorded it had good intentions.
What everyone must admit is that we don't have the actual words of Jesus Christ. In each Gospel, even when certain events are re-told, He uses slightly different wording. So, we don't know what He actually said. But the Gospels are inspired accounts, just not 100% scripture.

The scripture before the Quran were once uncorrupted, thererfore God did announce our prophet through scripture that isn't corrupted. But through time, those scriptures got corrupted.

If your argument to muslims is that your scripture is corrupt, then you have nothing to believe in.
I would have been more hurt, if you would have said as weak as your attempt to pretend to be an atheist.
