Log on and go to the Embassy web site of the country you are interested in going to. It will tell you all about requirements for visas, immigration and what is required. From there you can also get address or how to get the proper paper work to begin filling out that you need. You can go for 3 months stay without any trouble, then while there ask at the police station (in Greece that is) and ask for an extension. Good Luck
