Unless you're Polish or from another Eastern European country, it will be very difficult to find a surgeon as a foreigner over there. The key is to find a good surgeon and this will be difficult unless you speak to people and see who they recommend. However I can understand why you want to go abroad as plastic surgery is very expensive here in the UK. My mum is from Cyprus so I went and had my nose job over there and it cost me much less. If I didn't have her accompanying me then not sure if I could have managed to sort everything out myself.

Click on the link below and hopefully it'll point you in the right direction.

Don't do it! You'll end up looking like Maxine from 'Tittybangbang'....and believe you me....you wouldn't want to look like that!

Why have surgery anyway? What has this fickle world come to where women (and men) want to look like something off of a magazine page (which we all know has been airbrushed to hell and back)...

....do yourself a favour and learn to love the skin you're in (unless it's for medical reasons in which case your doctor should be advising you).

Having been the subject of much bullying at school....I have come out better for it. I wanted plastic surgery as I felt that at 16yrs old it was the answer to my problems...of course it wasn't and at 34 I'm more than glad I never went through with it.

I have a successful business, own my house and a wonderful handsome and loving husband.

I even ended up marrying the school' hunk / headboy'!

The 'ugly duckling' turned into a very confident 'swan'. I have more of a life than most of the people who bullied me now have and I am a much stronger person than they are.

I learnt to love myself and be confident about who I am. It's tough and when you have what you perceive as 'something' that can be fixed of course you want to do it...but there are alternatives....

....and going to Poland shouldn't be one of them!
