I don't know about the pub but I spent the day around smokers and ended up with bronchitus. You did,nt say whether you are a smoker or one that regressed for the day. Cigarettes causes your skin to wrinkle more, turn a yellowish color, and you age faster. It makes your fingers calloused and yellowed. Not to mention the fact that it is addictive. It stinks. You do know that they kill. I have seen actual lungs of a smoker by taking science and anatomy classes. There is no other word for it other than gross. The lungs look as if they were purposely coated with purely black, substance, sticky and hardly moveable. You could hardly see the lung tissue. Before a person bites the dust, he/she usually develops difficulty breathing. They cough and cough trying to breathe. The person if they are lucky hack up thick greenish mucous. By then they are probably carrying around an oxygen tank. They're really convenient now. Small and travels well. What is really disgusting is most people continue smoking and still use the oxygen tank. That is an honest death wish. On a person's death bed, they are gasping to breathe. I am so pleased that you were concerned about the two cigarettes that you smoked .It is really bad for the environment and I'm sure that the people you are around appreciate you're not smoking as second-hand smoke is just as bad as smoking itself. .

I was in my cardiologist's office last week and he had a chart of what you're body goes through within 1 year after quitting smoking. It is amazing. Check out the web, maybe it is on here.
One thing I learned.....you have to not smoke any cigarettes to get the benefit. If you quit today and then smoke just 1 a week from now, you go back to where you were.
Try to find that chart, you might try the American heart association.
Kick that habit....I did...it was the hardest thing I've ever done.....but I did it!

You're probably fine if you stop right now, but I'd say don't do it anymore. It's a lot easier to never start smoking than to quit later down the road. It is a nasty habit that can cause you problems years from now. I hope this helped.
