The only problem is I have wavy hair and don't want to straighten it everyday, although I would strsaighten the bangs most daysm also is ythis hairstyle ok for round faces?

It looks really cute and I think it will actually look better if your hair is wavy. Like someone already said, it's the New Year, a change and taking a chance won't hurt (much), in fact, I'm growing my hair out and slicking it back, kinda like those guy from the mafia movies (I'm a guy). Hope you luck on it.

cute haircut, bad idea. that would be really hard if it wasn't your natural hair texture! instead show your hairstylist the pic and tell him/her that you want it a little longer everywhere (so it doesnt get too frizzy or curly) and ask if they have any suggestions to make it work for you.

this hairstyle can fit the average face, but it won't look right unless it is straigtened the whole way, not just the bangs.
