You dont want one. I havent seen anyone under 30 do a perm since the early 90's. And for men, make that since the 80's.
If you want to know just to know, its when they put an acid solution in your hair with curlers, and you have a curl that lasts a few months. Its called a "permanant wave", thats where the term "perm" comes from.

It can be one of two things: permanently curling or straightening the hair. Depends on the hair type. For curling, a chemical is applied to the hair, and the hair is then set on perm rods(rollers). After sitting under a dryer to dry, the rods are removed and the hair is styled.
For the straigtener(also called a relaxer), a chemical is applied to the hair, and after sitting on the hair for a certain amount of time(or until the desired straightness is achieved without burning the hair and scalp), it is rinsed from the hair. A neutralizing shampoo is then applied to the hair stop the chemical from processing, then conditioned,and styled as desired.
Both processes are damaging to the hair, so if you are considering it, make sure you are well informed before making a decision.

To perm your hair is to make it curly for a long time I think they make it in a chemical way.. but your hair will be like before I mean if it was straight ti will be straight again But to perm your hair is harmful to your hair.

A perm is relaxer. It is used to straighten your hair. It is white in color and you apply in your hair until your roots are straight.
