I have a 101.5 degree temperature and I have to drive 10 hours tomorrow from SC to OH. Anyone have any tips so I can feel better by tomorrow? I took some aspirin an hour ago but so far my temperature hasn't fluxuated much.

Don't fall for the same trap that everybody is falling for in America which is a quick fix !!!!
Fever is a way of body language trying to tell you that something wrong is going on..So instead of finding a way to recover in order
to be able to drive ,I think you should see your
Doctor to check and see what's wrong with you
And make sure you're fit to leave the house
and let alone traveling.
Good luck

I would eat foods with Vitimin C.

Vit. C is supposed to boost your immune system so you can get rid of whatever you have quick. I would also put a cold rag on your forehead and sleep with a humidifyer. Take some nyquil or Alkaselzer. Those do the trick. Take a nice warm bath and take it easy. I would also go to the doctor to see if it's ok for you to drive with a temperature like that. If you're not feeling well and your temp hasn't gone down by then I would advise you not to take the long trip. You will need rest.

Tonight before the drive drink lots of water. I mean tons of it. Then lay down to sleep and bundle up as much as possible. You will sweat so much because of your body temp and alot of the toxins will just sweat out of your pores. When you get up drink lots of orange juice before you hit the road and the drive won't be so bad. Your temp should go down by morning and you might not feel so great but the drive will be more tolerable since you broke your own fever and the oj will give you the vitamins you need to keep on trucking.

Use cold cloths/towels on the back of your neck, forehead to lower body temperature. Cool bath or shower also may lower body temp. If it doesn't lower w/this or meds specifically stated to lower fever, see a doctor because infection in the body somewhere is often symptomized only by fever. And if you feel dizzy, nauseous or tired, please get off the road.
