My brother was asking this cause every one he uses it never works

Deodorants don't work for me.
He should use an antiperspirant not a deodorant.Any brand is good(I prefer old spice)

There are lots of good brands out there. He should just try them until he finds one he likes.
It is important NOT to use antiperspirant. Perspiration is one of the body's natural defenses; it helps regulate body heat. Blocking the pores under one's arm is unhealthy.
This is of particular imporatance for women. Anti-perspirants have been linked with breast cancer. It is less of a problem for men.

Rock salt, they sell it in liquid pray as well, it stops the bacteria, which stops the odor, you will still sweat just not smell bad, give it a try, it is natural. Much better for you than others because of trace aluminum.

I know it may sound strange,my older brother has the same problem and he now only uses Secret,the woman's brand,the baby powder scent one,the smell really isn't that strong!

I use Degree, which seems to work really well for me, but if it's a serious problem for him, there are prescription-level antiperspirant/deodorants, so he should talk to his doctor.
