When you are born again, you have the Holy Spirit. You don't have to "feel" anything. The Spirit begins a work in you, so that you may live a victorious life. This is by faith, not by feelings.
Part of the problem with the church today is the emphasis on experiences and feelings to validate our faith. If you are having a bad day, and your "feelings" tell you that you are worthless in God's sight, does that make it so? Of course not! This is why feelings are not the measure of the Spirit within you.
True faith believes in the absence of any of that.

1. Love - charity

thats a tough one because people are pretty easily deceived
"the heart is desperately evil who can know it"
do you have an appetite for the word of God
does the spirit move you to turn from sin
do you tend to gloify God more

Who is the Holy Spirit? The Holy Spirit is God Himself as He works today in the world and in the hearts of God's people. In other words, the Holy Spirit is God's presence with us today. At one time God came to us as a man: Jesus Christ, who was God in human flesh. But now God comes to us through His Spirit, Who—although He is unseen—is just as real as Jesus was to the first disciples. Jesus promised them, "If I go, I will send him to you" (John 16:7). That promise was fulfilled on Pentecost.
Never forget: The Holy Spirit is God Himself. (This, incidentally, is why we should always refer to the Holy Spirit as "He" and not as an impersonal "it.") As such, He is all-powerful and all-knowing, and He loves us with an everlasting love. He also convicts us of sin and shows us the truth about Christ; He helps us when we pray and works within us to change our lives.
Does God's Spirit dwell in you? The Bible warns, "If anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Christ" (Romans 8:9). Make sure of your commitment to Christ—and then thank God for the gift of the Holy Spirit, who now lives within you and will help you as you submit your life to Him.

If it is a true visit from the One True God, you will get a woody (when He gets one, it is called a Woody).
Otherwise, it is probably just indigestion, or maybe a flashback. Did you used to eat a lot of LSDf?

It is a feeling you have NEVER felt before. It is wonderful to
feel this sensation in your very being. Just ask GOD for help
if you aren't there yet.

When I feel it, it is a tingling inside of me that says God is here. Sometimes it circles about the room, or sometimes it descends upon my body.
