The clerk was the store manager. I was checking out, she asked if I'd like her to do "something special" for me? Wow! For a couple seconds, I thought this cute blonde was actually making me a very special offer... LOL Turns out she a couple and didn't use it and wanted to let me use it... Yes, I want to thank her for, but I'm always interested in getting to know her... Is a thank you card right for this situation?

A thank you card is a little over the top, she is just doing her job. If she hadn't chosen you, she would have given it to someone else. Also, how do you know if she is single? She may have a husband, or a special boyfriend. If you are interested in her, I suggest you go back to the store and thank her verbally for the special discount, and then ask her if she would like to go out for coffee, or dinner sometime. This gives her the opportunity to let you know whether or not she is in a relationship, or if she is interested too. Good luck! I hope you get the girl.

~~~If you are a regular customer,,,and she is the store manager,,,and if she is single,,,well,,,,a card may be a bit cheesey,,,but,,,if you truley know she is single,,,,why not send her a single flower,,,or wrap up a pretty candle,,,leave it at the front desk and ask someone to give it to her,,,,,just write a quick note to say thank you for giving me such a nice discount and its always a pleasure shopping at your store,,,,now this is only if she is single,,,,,,then next time your in the store,,,make it a point to see if she is working,,,,ask her if she received the candle,,,,if she is single,,,,ask her out for lunch,,,or cup of coffee,,,,,,and if she was "just" doing her job,,well apparently she made an impact on you,,,and yes its ok to follow up,,,go for it!
It would be a nice thing to do, but a thank you card does not require a response. In a case like this, you could say you would like to thank her by taking her out for dinner if she's free.
in no way EVER purchase a present which will in no way make all people sense particular What you will do is what comes from in the middle....What they think of is appropriate and can be carried out to make no person yet purely them sense particular i myself wrote a Poetry e book .....and To honour my appropriate chum and to make him sense enjoyed and cared and particular .....I committed all of my a hundred Poems to him.... whilst he observed......i attempted to not investigate him yet once I did ...I observed a great smile and A Tear trickling down his face.....He hugged me so stressful that It felt like there is not any Tommorow....
This is most likely just a marketing ploy. Don't read anything into it. Store owners and managers do this to keep people coming to their store.
I would just go in there again if you like her. Just say thank you again, and talk. Then ask her if when her break is, and if she would like to crab lunch or coffee. then take it from there.
