Ok, where do I even start.
First, the puppies usually are wormed when they are 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 weeks old. When the puppies are about 4 weeks, you can start offering them watered down high quality puppy food.. When the puppies are about 6 weeks, you can start mixing hard food in with the watered down food. Also, at this point, add a water bowl in the puppies' area for them to drink from. This is also the time that you should get the puppies their first shots.
When the puppies are about 7 weeks old, give them only hard puppy food. They will need their second set of shots when they reach 8 weeks old. Your vet can not give you a health certificate for the puppies until they reach 8 weeks old, so they should not be sold until then.
I breed Shih Tzus. If you have any questions, please feel free to e-mail me. Most people in Answers will judge you, and not give you the help you need.

First of all, you should not be breeding for the purpose of making money; that's called being an irresponsibly, backyard breeder. Clearly by the question, you have no idea what you are doing and should spay/neuter your maltese when this is all said in done.
That being said, you should start to offer the puppies a puppy mush when they are around 4 - 5 weeks of age (this depends on their development and interest) and should not consider weaning until they are around 6 weeks of age. With toy breeds you have to be very careful and in your side err on the side of caution. The puppy mush should consist of canned puppy food, Esbilac weaning formula, and a granular weaning formula (eukanuba makes one) mixed together. Once the puppies are eating this well, slowly add dry puppy and decrease the both weaning formulas. Once they are weaned, make sure they have food available at all times and get fresh food atleast 3 times a day. Also make sure water is available to them adn the mother at all times.
As to vaccinations, the protocol can be a little different with toy breeds. While they can get their first vaccine at 6 weeks, it is recommended that you wait until closer to 8 weeks. If they get a vaccine at 8 weeks, then they will get 2 more; one at 12 and one at 16 weeks. When they recieve their first vaccine, do not leave them alone for a few hours afterwards. If you live more than 10 minutes away from your vets, wait 20 minutes after the vaccine before leaving. A potential fatal vaccine reaction will occur within the first 20 minutes; all others require a trip back to the vets but you have more time with those.
Lastly, because these are toy dogs, the puppies should not go to their new homes until they are atleast 9 weeks, preferrably 12 weeks of age. Toy breeds are a little more delicate than their larger counterparts; and thus should be kept longer, especially if the weaning process is not going well.

Normally puppies are mature enough to be taken apart from their mom at the age of 8 weeks. I'm not sure about the shots though. I would wait about 2 and 1/2 monthes for the shots and at the end of the 3rd month, give them away.

All puppies and kittens need to stay with their mother until 8 weeks of age.
There is no way of rushing it; so if you got into puppy-milling for a fast buck...you are VERY unscrupulous and should be turned in !

They should have their vaccinations at 6, 9, 12, and 16 weeks old, but it depends on the Veterinarian's protocol (every vet is different). They shouldn't go to their new homes until at least 10 weeks due to the small size of Maltese.

You can find new homes for the puppies at 8 weeks which is also when you can give them their first distemper/parvo vaccine. Then you can start being a responsible pet owner and get your mama dog spayed!!!!!!!!!
