You can have them .Kids are conceived through reproductive system of your body whreas your condition is something to do with urinary system so I don't see any thing that can stop you from having kids .The problem may be at time of delivery .Maybe you may need ceasarian section depending on your condition .It's better you consult with your gp.He/she can tell you more as I don't know severity of your condition.

Yes - My wife has lupus and we have 2 kids. Often times you will be monitored by a high risk OB/GYN to chart your progress

kidney problems don't generally affect the reproductive organs, but some diseases that affect the kidneys may also trigger other problems.

if the problem is just in your kidneys and doesn't look like it can spread, you should be fine.

however, if it can spread (like cancer and the like) you might want to discuss the topic with your doctor.

best advice would be to go and see your doctor. he will be able to advisse you on all the implications of getting pregnant wuth your condition. there should be no problem getting pregnant, but the pregnancy will put extra strain on all your organs.
