just go to the store and look at gainers and proteins. These will get you big, any of them.

Oh, and whats wrong with creatine? Do you think its bad or something? Cuz its not, it actually can be very good, i mean, your body makes it you know.

Protein powder is almost essential when working out if you want to gain muscle mass. This works for both men and women, but men are the primary ones who use it. My husband has been using it most of his life, and he is a certified fitness trainer. I hope this helps. Good luck.
