Sorry, your question really isn't clear but I am assuming that you have disfigurement on one side of the face but not the other. The only way you can find out if it can be treated and what your options are is to see a plastic surgeon or facial reconstruction specialist. See a facial plastic surgeon first and he/she will tell you if you require more correction than he/she can provide. In that case, you would need to see a facial reconstructionist. Good luck!
