I have 2 telephone devices close together and whenever i call or receive calls the tel. B dials apart from the tel.A and both dial the same number twice making impossible to dial with the tel.B.
Also i cannot connect to the internet with my computer because it happens the same problem but with the dial-up. I need to know where the problem lies? is it the telephones or the cables?

First try unplugging one and trying the other to isolate, then test from your demarcation point on the side of the house. If it still occurs then it sounds like you've got "stepped on lines". Your line crossed with your neighbors. Call the telephone company and their remote test should confirm.

No, I call it a cellular as does rather a lot every person else i be attentive to ('cellular telephone' is an Americanism and as i'm not American/in usa, i does not use it. Ergo i wouldn't in any respect (wrongly in those aspects) call a cellular telephone a "cellular telephone" in spite of if I did visit college). No, i don't have one as the place we live there is not a wish in hell of ever getting a sign to make it artwork. possessing a cellular telephone that'll never artwork seems a rather pointless exercising to me.
