Fish!

Get at least 1 serving/day of wild-caught fatty fish such as alaskan salmon, tuna, cod, etc.

Fish is proven to contain high levels of DMAE. DMAE is a potent anti-oxidant and protects cells from radical damage. DMAE improves tone in our body and face.

There is no protein in vitamins. You need to eat eggs, meat, fish, poultry, cheese, dairy products, and beans such as kidney, navy, northern, etc, for protein. Milk is a good source of protein and vitamin D. Sunshine helps your body to get usable vitamin D, so if you live where there isn't much sunshine, you may want to make a point of getting outside for a while everyday. Takes longer than our friends where the sun is always shinning brightly!

A good multiple vitamin along with plenty of dark colored veggies, such as spinach, broccoli, carrots, etc will help keep your skin nice. If you smoke, stop - - smoking damages the skin. If you have severely dry spots or fresh scares applying vitamin E directly to the skin can be helpful.

Good Luck, enjoy any sunshine you get.

Take a multivitatmin like Centrium.
If you want more Vit D buy a seperate bottle of that.
For better skin I'd go with drinking lots of water, putting lotion that has vitamins. Vit C and D is also good for the skin.

Hope I helped!! :-D

protein can only be gotten from eating fish, meat, nuts or meat substitutes such as quorn. you are probably better eating a balanced diet than taking substitutes such as vitamin pills but if you want the pills go for a multivitamin you can find multivitamin combinations designed to give you better skin and hair and they will be labeled in the chemists.
