I don't think that it is a matter of them being insensitive, they just have a different way of looking at things. Doesn't mean that they don't care.

we are just programmed to be tough and to be hard and emotion less. its not pc for guys to hug each other or to cry during a sad movie. not all guys are insensitive in a negative sense but some are cruel.

I think that is a generalization. Not all boys are like that. But the reason for most things is conditioning and survival. I don't think it is genetic; It is environmental.

In general, guys are more concerned with what people do, but girls tend to be more concerned with the motives or thinking behind what people do.
