Jesus the messiah is fortold in 62 holy scriptures found in the torah and in the psalms and the books of the prophets. He is fortold to be born of a virgin and he is fortold to come to take away the sins of the world. He is fortold to be destined for suffering by Isaiah the prophet. The Muslims claim Muhammad is a prophet.
The prophets were all Jewish, Muhammad was not jewish. The prophets never spoke of them-selfs nor of there greatness. Muhammad compared himself to Allah and it is actually writen in the quran that he is greater then Allah. The holy prophets proformed mericals. Every one of them. There merical were walking on water, healing the sick, raiseing the dead, calling fire down form heaven to destory false prophets. ect. Muhammad proformed no such mericals. Each of Gods prophets were different and set apart as a measure before the people. God used them to gage the people by they were a plum line. Muhammad is not a plume line he is not holy. Jesus is Holy, Is MuHammad holy?

Jesus said i am the way the life and the truth and no one come to the father execpt by me. Jesus gave power to his deciples they healed in the name of Jesus. And people were healed. They could alo destory people in his name. They had supernatural power. Muhammad had not such power. MuHammad killed by the sword. The apostles are evidence of the power of God being in Jesus and Jesus having the authority to give that power to whom he desired he gave it to apostle and told them to do not harm. MuHammad on the other hand had a sword with which he killed and got others to kill in his name for allah. So Jesus shows us the picture of perfect love and MuHammad shows us the picture of hate. MuHammed was self serving and self centered. Jesus was selfless. Jesus gave us all he had. MuHammed took all he desired even to his own hurt. Jesus suffered to show us the love of GOD. Muhammed murdered to show us the love of satan. Is Muhammad a prophet.

If a prophets speak of himself his word is a lie. No prophet ever wrote of himself as it is not the way it works.

All prophets were foretold and The Muslims claim the Bible is corrupt how can they believe it foretells of their prophet? Seems to be a problem that truth comes to them through a corrupt scripture and if Muhammad is not foretold he is not a prophet of God. Many such dilemmas exist with the Muslim faith that can't be answered. If they say he was foretold before the corruption then they should be able to produce these non corrupt holy scriptures and it can't be from their book because their book is written by a prophet that is either not foretold or is foretold from corrupt scripture. Compare this with Christ who did not proclaim who he is but was announced by the Father and was prophesied by existing scripture which is the true word of God. If one man calls himself a prophet he is a false prophet as they are anounced and revealed by God. If a prophet teachs that which does not agree with God or his word he is not a prophet of God but a false prophet.

first of all, no prophet ever walked on water, i think u mean Moses parted the seas so he and his few followers could pass through while the pharoh of egypt could not. Secondly, Pirclet is mentioned in the bible and other holy books, Pirclet is none other then Mohammed, the one who will shine above all others (meaning of Pirclet). Then u mention that no prophet ever spoke of their greatness and Mohammed compared himself to god, then how is jesus seen as the God, or god's son. Thats blasphemy on part of the earlier christians, who inturn have mislead the billions to come. Jesus never once said that he was GOD, in human form or not, nor was he the son of God, yet the ignorant people of the time took him as such, and changed the holy word of god. The bible has been changed to include jesus crowning himself God's son. Mohammed was the last prophet, the last person to bring a holy book, plus the Quran has never been changed, just like the Torah. O wait, how many versions of the bible are there (not counting translations)? Think before u start abusing someone else's beliefs, u pathetic prick. Thanks for the two points.

Muhammad was foretold in many different parts of the Jewish Scriptures, as well as the New Testament.
Muhammad was very humble in all matters, and never proclaimed Himself to be a great person. The Qur'an does NOT say He is better than God. All the biographical accounts of Muhammad describe Him as performing miracles, but what is the point of that anyway? They don't prove anything. There is no proof that either Jesus or Muhammad performed miracles. All we have is people's accounts that they did.
Even many enemies of Muhammad have nevertheless confessed that He was a selfless and holy individual."Ye shall know them by their fruits". That quote from Jesus alone proves that Muhammad was a true prophet.
BTW, Allah is a generic Arabic word, not a name for a particular God. It is used by Jews and Christians in the Arab world.

Thomas-first of all use spell check man!
The bible says if anyone comes with another gospel let him be accursed! Even an angel!
So Muhammad was a nut. He may have talked with an angel but it wasn't an angel from God! We have the dead sea scrolls showing Abraham almost sacrificed Isaac NOT Ishmael! We have proof that the OT is from God, the koran is not!

In the Bible, it would be Psalms 139:14. In the Book of Mormon, it's the 32nd chapter of Alma. And the 121st section of the D&C. BTW, Alma 7:10 says Jesus was born AT Jerusalem, which is basically what you said.

I am sure that if you read Koran, you'll find plenty of prophecies about Muhammad, and proofs of his holiness.

jesus and mohammed were only "foretold" in that there would be false prophets who should not believed...and hey, look! They weren't. We're still Jews.
yay.
beyond that, neither one has any place in our scriptures.
