because of the weather my satellite is recieving no signal, the sky people said they would charge me £65 to fix it and i don't have that sort of money after xmas as i have kids. Is there anything i can do to the SKY dish to get the signal back? i miss the t.v so much

No they are chancers.

Call customer service and tel lthem your problems.

If they do not help you out, call and tell them if they do not fix it you will cancel and go to cable.

Watch them run...

When I had SKY it always did that, just one of the problems that you face until the bad weather passes! Could you change to cable?

Get a member of your family or a friend to go up a ladder and move it slightly - as you watch the tv. When it's perfect picture, tell him to start drilling a new hole to hold it in.

well its their dish and they are responsible for the upkeep of it why should you pay,if they said this to me i would say either you fix it or i will cancil sky ,they want your money every month its up to them ,,,,,,we had this and they sorted it for free,i cant see the problem ,,,,have a good moan at them i would

well if the loss of signal is weather related then i cant see that they will beable to do anything about it, i dunno... and also, why dont you enjoy some time with your kids rather then sit infront of the tv, or if they are in bed, maybe read a book, call a friend...

Phone them up and tell them you want to cancell your subscription, that will work.
