Hi, the suggestion to try the Kennel Club website is a good one as it also gives advice on where not to get a puppy & they have a Kennel Club Puppy Register.
http://www.thekennelclub.org.uk/item/436

Another place to try is via the Champdogs site. I believe that this site is mostly used by Breeders who also show their dogs:
http://www.champdogs.co.uk/guided/all_cavalier-king-charles-spaniel.html
It lists breeders & shows their county & also has a puppy list.

You could also try the ePupz site. You have to register to get the contact information but, when you register, there is an option for you to receive an email when an ad is placed that matches your specifications.
http://www.epupz.co.uk/search/puppies_for_sale.asp?area=all&st=1&breed=Cavalier+K+C+Spaniel+
You can also search ePupz by county.
There are currently three ads for puppies in Devon - though I obviously don't really know if the breeder is reputable or not - though I must admit I liked the sound of the second advertiser who had home reared, kc registered boys, with vet's letter & insurance.

Or of course you could go along to a local dog show & try to chat with some of the exhibitors to see who they would recommend. There is a dog show at the Royal Cornwall Showground (this Sunday 7th) & there will be exhibitors with Cavaliers present.

Good luck in your search for your perfect pup.

ignore the usual Americans telling you to go to the AKC. That is unless you actually WANT to import a pup from America!
If you go to the kennel club webpage link I have supplied below, type in the name of the breed and there will appear, a list of breeders with puppies available. The list is just a list. It is not any kind of recommendation that a breeder is good. You will have to ask the breeder questions to find out for yourself whether her stock has been heart and eye tested etc.
There are 9 breeders in your area with puppies on the list.

The link below takes you to the website of the CKCS Club. From there you can find the contact for the breed puppy register in the south west. I'm sure you know that CKCS have a number of health problems, so the best way to find a reputable breeder is to go through the breed club.

Ask a local vet what the best registry service is in your country, then check on their website for your closest chapter of the breed's club. Dedicated breeders that are actively involved with improving the breed, and do proper testing of their breeding's dogs heart & knees, are the best from which to purchase a healthy, well-bred companion. Good luck.

I have a feeling that you aren't in the US. So, if you are in the United Kingdom, try this link. http://www.thekennelclub.org.uk/item/384

It takes you to the Kennel Club. There are a large amount of listings of puppies there. Here is another link. (I don't know if it will work) that might take you to that list.

Good luck!

Go to AKC.org and there will be a list of breeders, just scroll down to the bottom and go to the advertising section. You may also want to try and track down clubs as well.
