Absolutly not.It's a release.Aside from the pleasent feeling, it helps us deal with that,ya know that horny feeling we all get from time to time and there's noboby around to help us deal with it. It's nature.

Allah has said it is better to plant the seed into the belly of a whore than to scatter it on the ground for the ants to eat.
The Qu'ran does not say anything about the women. So, women are safe to pleasure themselves.
