First its spayed and secondly you want to wait until the puppies are weaned off the mother. Which is usually 4 weeks or so. Thats the earliest, personally I would wait a least 2.5 to 3 months after the pupies were born. That way she wont be into her next heat cycle yet and the puppies will be gone and will have time to rest the mom.

The pups need to be weaned first, usually 6-7 weeks (the longer they nurse, the better, as it fortifies their immune system), then it'll take about 2 weeks to dry completely out, and that's when you'll get her spayed. You don't want to wait too long after she weans the pups, because she'll be going back in heat exactly 6 months from the date she delivered the pups, which in your case will be around the 25 of June 2007.

I would wait at least 3-4 months after she had the puppies. This way it will give her body a chance to recuperate from having the litter before putting her through surgery. It will probably have at least 4 months before she comes into heat again, so you have some time still.

Its best to wait until the puppies have been weaned and even better if they have all gone to their new homes. She'll have quite a few stiches that you wouldn't want the puppies to accidently pull out. It will be more comfortable for the ***** too, as she'll be able to recouperate in peace.
