To get into Ireland the code is 00353.
Once in, various towns/areas have another prefix ie Dublin is (0)1,
Donegal is (0)74.

The code above plus the additonal routing number if calling any of the following cities:
1- Dublin
91 - Galway
51 - Waterford
I'd also double check with the operator before you make the call to make sure you don't get overcharged.

I am not sure what you are trying to do, but if you are dialing from abroad you need to dial the country code which is 353... for example from the us you would dial 011 (to dial int) 353, (minus the zero in front) and the # 011353...
