Give her small frequent meals. Yoghurt, rice, apple and banana are good for diarrhea. Let her eat whatever she likes as long as it is nutritious and is not too sweet or too salty. She can have fresh fruit juice without added sugar, but no soda pop or juice drinks. I am a pediatrician.
If she is passing sufficient urine, has normal thirst and can keep some fluid down, she is not dehydrated. Give her Pedialyte, as much as she can drink, about 1 to 2 glasses per stool/vomit. She does not need any medicine, as ling as there is no blood in the stool and diarrhea and vomiting is less now.

Of course she is dehydrated. No human or animal can vomit and have diarrhea for a week and remain hydrated unless they are receiving IV fluids. Absolutely take her to the Dr!

The doctor can possibly give her a prescription to stop the vomitting and diarrhea. It depends on how aggressive your doctor is, though. If you take her to an ER they'll hook her up to an IV and give her medicine and stuff to make sure she's not dehydrated.... most likely, that's what they'd do.
Hope this helps and that she feels better.

Sounds like a virus, but it is a good idea to take her to the doctor to rule out anything serious. Also I would use the bratty diet and feed her things like bananas, rice, applesauce, teas, toast, and yougurt. These are all very benefcial to an ailing digestive system. It is imperative that you keep her hydrated, you can try things like pedialyte, but give her anything she wants to drink, as long as it doesn't have dairy in it. If she is unable to eat anything, then you should really at least call the doctor, she may need iv fluids if she can't keep anything down.

Yes, get her to the doctor. You need to find out what's causing the diarrhea and vomiting. Also, she may be dehydrated even though you don't think so.

What are you waiting for? This child is seriously ill -- take her to the doctor today, not tomorrow. If it's nothing you'll only have spent a little money; but if it's serious you may save her life. Go to the doctor TODAY.

You should take her to the doctor NOW but even tho you think she isnt dehidrated i was told that if you pinch your skin above the wrist and if the skin stays up for a few seconds you are dehidrated. But still take her to see a doctor!
