1)Pain behind the ears (sensitivity sound)on the right side of my ear
2)shooting pain all over my body (1-2 seconds pin prick)
3) tinnitus (often)
4)Gassy stomach
5)muscle movement in the legs and arms
6)toe vibration and 4th finger pain
7)headache on one side of the head
8)Hot flushes in the cheeks
9)diarrhea after eating (sometimes normal feaces sometimes diarrhea)
10)cramps in the stomach

GO to a doctor asap! That's too many things wrong to just wait for it to go away. If it just started, go to the ER, it could be life threatening for all you know.

hypochondria?? relax it could be just a wicked virus,see a doctor to get some blood work done, nobody can give you a definitive diagnosis through the internet.
