I don't believe there is just one "right one." people change from year to year. However, when you are with the one that you feel is the "right one," you both work together to better the good of the unit, instead of only working for ones self. This also means that, lets say you wanted to further your education to get a better job, your significant other would not prevent you from going, because they will also see that it is for the better of the long run.

I'll use a personal experiance for this one....
I met this guy when we were 9. We stayed friends for a few years. Now last year he grew up a lot (13) and I started feeling a lot of things for him, and thinking about him constantly. I don't go 5 minutes without seeing his face in my mind, or imagining his voice. The only thing I dream about at night is him. This year, it's even worse. I found my right guy, and I know because I just do. It's a feeling you can't explain to anybody really. You are all happy when you see him, can't stop smiling when you get a glimpse of his face, things like that.

if you have to ask, they're not it. you just know when it's right. it's a feeling of complete contentment and peace about the relationship. they make you feel like you wanna be a better person and that you don't wanna be w/ anyone else, ever.

A better phrase is "one that is right". There are many who are "right" for us and more who are "wrong" for us.
You will think often about the "right" one. You will laugh when you are together. You will be yourself with this person and they will like that.

see it doesnt happen in the beginning because you dont know him or her but if your still feeling the same happiness and feeling content a few years later- you found someone who is good for you.

it is different for each person.
but in general, you will know when you can trust them without thinking twice and think about them enough to occupy a majority of your thoughts when you are apart and most importantly if they feel the same way for you.

you shouldnt have to ask to know if she or hes the right one. you just know it when you look into their eyes and it just hits you that their gonna be your family

you get nervous but happy when your around that person, you know butterflies in your stomach type of feeling.
