When girls are more tom-boyish and aren't afraid to get their hands dirty (not like that, naughties!), do guys find this attractive or unattractive? Or do guys prefer the dependent, needy, girly-girls? Just asking for your input, guys. Happy new year!

This advice comes from an older guy.... Guys today are, well I just don't know how to descibe them. My two ex-wives could work on cars, cultivate an amazing garden, and hang out with me in my workshop, helping me make furniture... I have daughters, we work on my cars, we dug in the garden, my oldest daughter could probably kid the *** of most of the young boys who came calling!!
Guys who want dependant girls want way too much control. Ther insecure. As a dad, I would kick there asses!!!! Pass them by!!

I like both in a girl. Just depends on the person. Sometimes the " Girly-Girl" ..." FITS" that girl and sometimes the Tom Boyish fits. If the girl is not afraid to get her hands dirty that's great as long as she can't kick my Butt and talk lower than me...lol. If the Girly Girls don't try an " use " their needy, dependent status to manipulate me, then I;m fine with that also. In other words , just a " real" person that is what she is and no more or less.

Some guys find a girl being tom-boyish to be very attractive because they can play wrestle together and she is not the girly girly type. On the other hand some guys do not find it attractive all you need to do is just be yourself if you are a tom-boy do not worry they are alot of guys who like that in a girl.

some guys don't really like girls who are always needy and cant take care of themselves. but again some guys do like them. in my opinion i think boys think tom=boys are also attractive. they can do more things with tom-boys then girly girls. if you are a tom-boy then you're not afraid to get dirty, and are more adventerous versus girly girls who are afraid to break a nail playing a game of basketball.

A mix I suppose. You want to make most of the decisions, however, sometimes you would like the girl to choose as well.

I think guys tend to be attractive to a woman who has a good combination of these things. Although men don't like needy women, men do like to feel needed. They like when we ask them to open that jar that we can't. They like when we ask them to get something from a shelf we can't reach. It makes them feel like a man. Men like that tom - boyish attribute also, maybe not all, but most. It's cute and it can be very sexy.

Not in My case I have a wife that can do A to Z and I love Her for that but I'm thinking maybe You have not felt real love just yet so give it sometime and You will find Your own answer!

that totally depends on the guy. i don't mind a girl who is willing to get her hands dirty every now and then. keeps things interesting.
