well how would you like to go in to the rain? don.t think you would take your time going for a crap in the rain would you?

Most living creatures don't enjoy standing out in the rain, humans or dogs. If I had to pee outside I'd be very quick aobut it too!

It's probably just doesn't like getting wet. Some dogs don't care for water while others enjoy it.

my boston terrier does but my late chacolate lab never was he would sleep,eat,play,dig, anything in the rain thats because labs love water no matter where its coming from

Same reason people hate it. they get wet.
