There are numerous mentions of the concept of "logos" in the Old Testament. "Logos" simply means "Word". Get out any concordance and look up "word" and you will find dozens of references to the "word of the Lord" coming to people. Happens all over the place.
But since the Old Testament is written in Hebrew, and the New Testament is written in Greek, you will not find the Greek word "Logos" in the Hebrew Old Testament. But you will find the concept of God revealing Himself through his Word in the OT.

I am that I am.
It may be too deep for you to understand.
That is what God is, among many other things.
A Spirit fire or light that reasoned to self with the Word, I am.
