I would answer your question with a question of my own. Why would you want such a list? What would you want to do with it? If you want to use it as some political viewpoint, leave it alone. If you are truly interested in seeing the faces of the brave men and women of this country, to see those who fought and died for you to live free, so that you can see how strong and brave our military is, than good for you.

I checked list in CNN but it's not complete.
Some name such as Keith Maupin form Batavia -Ohio is missing in the list.
Do you remember this guy captured from enemies?
There is a page in Italian Language (probably there could be a version in English) on Wikipedia.

I found one at cnn.com. They had a list of all coalition members fallen, pictures of most, where they are from, what caused their death, and their age at time of death. It also has a link to the war in Afghanistan and all of the casualties there.
