Abortion is NOT murder unless done after a point in time when the fetus could survive outside the womb. Which would explain why Scott Peterson was, and should rightfully have been charged with 2 murders.

The fetus that Scott Peterson killed was old enough to survive outside the womb. Had he killed Laci and then removed Conner to let him live, most likely he would have only charged with a single count of murder. Instead, he killed both of them.

stop a little built foetus to come to this earth...n moreover in the case of abortion then yes it is a murder coz u dont let it come n then ......

abortion isn'r murder.
but you can't have an abortion once the futus has ahcieved human status. states decide this status based on about two main things-
1- brain development, can it think?
2-physical development, can it live outside the womb?
lacy's baby qualified for both. there is also some speculation that the baby was born alive and was killed then- which is murder

abortion is always murder,! but saving the Mother who is in jeopardy of dieying is more better.
the peterson trial is a case of murder their is no denial if all facts are correct.
but if you save the life of a mother Than she is able to bear more children and the hopes of a greater righteousness exists.

If a fetus is viable outside of the womb it is murder. The baby was almost full term.

correct. abortion is not murder, it is a legal medical procedure that a woman can elect. scott killing her wasn't her choice, nor was his removal of the fetus...obviously.
the fetus was almost to term. it could have survived outside the womb, but he killed it, a viable fetus.
a woman can actually choose abortion at early term, it's a legal medical procedure for her body.
a guy cannot go up to a woman and reach in and yank things out of her body.
there;s a bit of a difference there. ya think?

ABORTION IS MURDER!!!! I dont think its rite. y fool around and git pregnaunt if u dont want ur baby? U could atleast put it up for adoption or sumthin! There are many people out there that would love 2 have a child but r unable 2 have them theirselves!
