Say an american girl in her 20's. i'm 27, american but i have a limited vocab and i make all kinds of mistakes because I was shy since i was 5 and even now i am the same way, never had friends, and don't have much practice talking. I'm slow too.
Everytime i see Americans in the bus or downtown or anywhere, they speak so fast and are so fluent when talkking to eachother. I dont' think they would ever accept me. So is it safe to say a girl who is like that, would never like a guy such as myself SOLELY because i dont' speak like her?

As a woman, I am not interested in how a man looks, where he works, how much he makes, what he drives and least of all how speaks. I like a man to treat me with respect, and show me by his acts how he feels for me. I am not speaking about gifts but an occasional single flower but it does not have to be a expensive rose. After all "Acts speak louder than words". If a "girl" does not appreciate the type of man you are and becomes disinterested in you because of how you speak then why would you want someone who is so vain. Soon than later, we are all getting older. Some of us will develop illness or have accidents that will change the way we walk, move, talk and even our appearance will change within time. I prefer to have someone who will love me, the person I am inside than the who I am physically. Look for someone who will appreciate the specially qualities you have, and who will love you for the way you make her feel. You are young and will find that someone special who will complete your life. Good Luck.

It depends on the girl. Girls that thought you spoke to slow, also probably wouldn't like foreigners, Also try to use English as much as possible, it will increase your speed.

Oh gracious no. The girls might even think it's cute, as you're trying to make conversation, even though you're shy and don't speak as well.

i think it does not depend on how u talk its what u look like and the way u act like if ur a dirt bag or a sweet heart!
