How to convert vtg source into a current source when resistor is in parallel with the vtg source?help!!!!!!!!

Well, classically speaking, by adding resistance in series with the load. Practically speaking, that approach has it's limits, depending on the details of your application, especially when it gets to the point that the series resistance is dropping so much voltage that it doesn't leave any for the load. What exactly is it that you want to do?
