One of my favorites is toast a hamburger bun, scramble an egg in the microwave, zap some of that precooked bacon. Put 'em all together and Voila! Egg McMuffin! Bon Apetit!

Toast a whole wheat english muffin. Then scramble two eggs with a little milk and salt and pepper in them. Put the eggs on top of the muffin, top with a slice of cheese, and microwave for ten seconds. Delicious, fairly healthy, and filling!

instant oatmeal, toast with peanut butter& bananna, boysenberry yogurt, one of those yummy "Naked" juices. My peronal fave is some sliced meat and honeydew (like salami or mortadella). You get that great sweet / salty thing going on.

In a blender, mix up half cup of skim milk, one small container of your favourite fat free yogurt and a banana (or fruit of choice). Low fat...full of flavour...and you can drink it on the run.
