Hi Sissy, you didn't mention your age, or the boy's age, but I will assume that you are both pretty young. Sometimes its hard for younger boys to show affection. The whole process gets very clumsy. They get embarrassed, they are unsure of themselves, and even though he may really like you, he just ins't sure how to show it.
If you thought he was going to kiss you, you might wait until a time when the two of you are alone, then just before you leave, give him a kiss on the cheek. that will let him know that you like him too, and it is okay to return the affection.
Fear of rejection is also very strong in younger boys. That along with the fact that he could be at a stage where he is beginning to like girls, but isn't quire sure how to show it. Which is why he spent so much time tickling you. Tickling you is a way for him to actually touch you without being too forward.
Find a way to let him know that you like him. But do it in private. Good luck.

I think he does like you, he just is shy about making that " first " move. Maybe the next time you get into a tickling session, give him a quick kiss. Maybe that will open the door for you.

well, i think that he likes you. why else would he ticklye you, act like he was gonna kiss you, nad then be looking at you out of the corner of his eye? if his grandma says that he hasnt really had a girlfriend that prolly means that hes shy. i think that u should flirt with him more and just see how he reacts. eventually, he will become more comfotable with you, adn if he likes you..he'll ask you out. good luck!

if he is looking at you while you looking away then that means that he is thinking about you..and if he started tickling you and he doesnt have a girlfriend then he was flirting with you. he was probably just nervous and he didnt know if you liked him that is why he didnt kiss you. you have to show him that you like him by your wording and body language.

mayb hes just that type of person. he could just be a flirtatious guy and youre taking things a little too out of context. the looking at you thing could be a surefire sign, but honestly, the best advice is just to wait out and see. come back with more questions!

Well if i were in ur shoes i would just confront him about how i feel. he might be waiting for you to make that move cuz he might be shy about his feelings. you will never find out what all those things mean that he is doing unless you do something about it!

does he like you? yes
now you must proceed with caution...dont let yourself be used and keep your dignity always...
temporary relationships have a devastating result when they break so do what is in your best judgement but keep in mind that you have to live with yourself forever...most people come and go,,only a few stay.

if i were you i would contact him and see what is up. i mean if u like him i feel it is only right that he know. just because one day y'all are flirting and the next day he is different maybe it is because he is shy. you will never know unless u ask.

Maybe he is just shy. Be patient with him. Communication is important too.
